Injection molded products are basically all plastic products that we use in our daily lives. These products can be produced in a number of ways. Raw materials such as polyamide and polyethylene are formed into injection molded products by means of an injection molding machine.

Production of injection molded products

When making injection molded products, a measured quantity of plastic is heated. This mass is then injected under high pressure into a mold cavity. This mold cavity has the shape of the desired product. This product can be anything from a simple to a complex product. The next step in the production of injection molded products is the cooling of the product. After the material has cooled down, the mold opens and the product is ejected.
