In addition to project management from idea till production and/or problem till solution, Fleur Plastics can also produce the plastic injection moulded products of your already existing moulds. We will start with optimizing the process to ensure that you will get a high quality product. By optimizing the process your product will be produced as efficient and cost effective as possible. During the production run the quality of your product will be checked multiple times a day to notice even the slightest deviation. We will conduct test on the dimensions and weight of your product. But we will also check the process parameters. 

Let us now and we will gladly cooperate if you have any different quality requirements. On request we are also able to deliver Production Part Approval Proces (PPAP)
